Wowowow!!! Party time (almost)!
First Hand Woman debuts at FringeNYC in just 10 days! I can hardly believe it. The ticket sales have begun!
The very act of showing this play in New York City is definitely something that I’ll be checking off my bucket list.
I hope that you are working away at your dreams. One day at a time. One step at a time.
Bringing the show to The Big Apple has been a long road, filled with plenty of highs and lows. And now I am on the verge of seeing an old dream of mine come true.
I encourage you to really dig into your vault in the next 10 days and consider what your deepest hopes are. What really lights you up inside? What do you love? How hard are you willing to work? Are you content with the journey?
At the end of these 10 days, my deepest hope for you is that you join me in taking a big ol’ step in the direction of your own dreams.
But in the meantime (10 days to go), there is still LOTS of First Hand Woman work to be done – rehearsals and logistics and outreach – Oh my!
I’d like to take a moment and acknowledge the amazing cast n crew of people making this happen. So take a stroll over to our TEAM page and take a look at my wonderful collaborators.
But before you do, I want you to leave a lil comment below and tell me a bit about your bucket list.
What do you want to experience?
And as always…
Dream up,
~ Sarah Michelle Brown
First Hand Woman Actor, Playwright + Producer
First Hand Woman is one woman’s powerful story, told through five different parts of herself. These parts are the boisterous and unapologetic stages of loss. So the characters onstage are Denial, Bargaining, Anger, Depression and Acceptance. This is an exhilarating ride through the stages of loss and into redemption!
